A quick note on logisticw and shipping:  Orders usuall get processed and shipped the same day the order is recievied.  The books are sent via the US Postal Service using priority mail, so there is a tracking number.  Once at the post office, depending on your address, delivery usually only takes 5 – 7 days.  The books are sent in a Stay-Flat rigid envelop that assures the books arrive in perfect condition.  Shipping is included in the price.
